BURLEYのトレーラー　TRAVOYが入荷してから非常にたくさんのお問い合わせ、ご注文をいただいております。ありがとうございます。お問い合わせで多いのが、畳み方と積める荷物のサイズ感、の2点ですので、こちらでまとめてみます。

その１、運べるモノのサイズ。
こちらはBOBIKEのチャイルドシートが入った段ボール箱。サイズは横から見て幅87cm、高さ30cm、奥行き40cmくらいです。このくらいの大きさまでなら、無茶せずにそのまま載せられます。車輪間の幅は45cmくらいですので、それ以上の幅のものになると荷台を上げ底にするなど一工夫が必要になります。ちなみに重量としては27kgまで対応になります。

背面から見るとこんな感じです。TRAVOYには、荷物固定用のバンドが2本標準で同梱されますが、このサイズだとちょっと届きません。そこで当店では、自転車のチューブを利用したバンドを使っています。

このようにいらなくなったチューブを適当にカットして、カバンなどのストラップに使うバックルに通して使います。長さの調節もバックルでできるし、短くしたいときは切ってしまうのも簡単、伸縮性を活かしてちょっとひっぱってバックルを留めるよう調整すれば簡単に荷物をしっかりと固定できます。大きな荷物を積む方にはこれ以上便利なものはないかもしれません。オススメです。

こちらのバックル、ル・サイク工房で販売もしています。１つ525円（税込）になります。サイズはチューブの幅に合わせて2種類あります。廃チューブもお店にあれば無料で差し上げます。（ゴミを出したばかりでない場合はごめんなさい）

お客様からのご注文で組み立て中のカーゴバイク「BULLITT」にこの荷物を積むと、、、長すぎて荷台の床面には収まりません。でもこのままで余裕で走れますけどね。

このように運ぶ荷物の大きさ、重さ、頻度によって自転車を使って運ぶ場合もいろんな選択肢をご提案できます。ぜひご相談ください。

その２、折りたたみ＆展開方法
動画に撮ってみました。非常によくできた作りです。組みたて・分解とも簡単すぎて、やりごたえがないくらいです。

車輪は、取り付けは差し込むだけ、取り外しはホイール部中央のボタンを押しながら（ロックを解除して）抜くだけ、フレームの可動部はグリップを回しながら動かすだけです。自転車本体との取り付け部も（ヒッチと言います）、レバーをちょっとずらして穴に差し込むだけです。

これだけの荷物を簡単に楽に安全に自転車で運ぶ方法は他にはないでしょう。

新カラー、イエローも登場です。本体以外のオプション類とともに近日入荷予定です。

久しぶりのブログですｗ


明日、スーパーコンシューマーさんの 「ひらくPCバッグ・ブロガーズトート合同ユーザー会」に参加する予定なんですが、その前に今年の正月に改造したまんまでブログも書いていなかった「ひらくＰＣバッグ」の改良点を書いておきます^^;


大きな改造点「セットアップ機能を付ける！」

「ひらくＰＣバッグ」は前回の取っ手を付けたりしてお仕事に非常に便利な鞄になったですが、さらに出張用にスーツケースにセットアップ出来る機能を付加したいと思います。

簡単にいえば20mmナイロンテープを鞄本体の裏側にミシンで縫い付けるだけ！

実に簡単です！ 

鞄本体の裏面は、側面や底面と違いベルボーレン製のフレームが入っていないので簡単に縫えます。

そして小さな改良点「ベルトが地面に付かないようにする！」

僕は「ひらくＰＣバッグ」のショルダーベルトは短くしてメッセンジャーぽく使ってるんですが、それでもカバン本体を地面に置いた時にショルダーベルトがたるんってなって地面に付いてしまいます。潔癖症では無いのですが、ベルト自体がピカピカしたキレイな素材感だけに汚れが少し気になります^^;

そこでショルダーベルトに地面に接地しないように簡単に固定できるようにするためにベロクロを付けました！

中もベロクロだらけの「ひらくＰＣバッグ」ですが、外もベロクロカスタムは抜かりありませんｗｗ

地面に置いてもベルトが地面に接地せずにキレイなままです。

しかも薄手のマジックテープなんでまったく気になりません。



使ったのは、うちのＢｅａｈｏｕｓｅで作っているフリーサイズブックカバー用の０．７ｍｍの極薄マジックテープ！！

そんなこんなで僕の「ひらくＰＣバッグ」はビジネス、トラベル方面に進化しつつあります！
